Deb Guy: Fix Burnout: Somatic & Embodiment Mentor for Women

There’s a version of you that’s waiting…. vibrant, embodied, alive, beyond the mind’s constant effort…. for you to move beyond your burnout, to clear what no longer serves, and come home to your body awake, alive and radiant.

Modern culture trains you to live primarily in mental intelligence - thinking, analyzing, organizing, planning, performing competence. School rewards it. Work rewards it. Social approval rewards it.

My work is about showing what’s possible when the body, mind, and spirit are aligned, creating a container for expansion and self-discovery.

When we inhabit ourselves fully, life reorganizes around us.

I bring fifteen years of practical experience and training to this work, alongside the lived understanding that real change happens through the body, through awareness, and through learning how to inhabit your life differently.

This is a space to step into the deeper currents that drive your life and your body.

What client’s say

I was the one everyone relied on, team, family, vision. Functional, reflective, always delivering. But I didn’t feel alive, Working with Deb guided me to include the body. The internal friction I’d called ‘ambition’ revealed itself as old protection. I went through Deb‘s program. Releasing it didn’t diminish my capacity; it amplified it. I began to create again but from expansion. I learned to integrate rest and pleasure. I can’t tell you how important sessions with Deb are.

Willow, Social Worker

I used to shrink the moment senior authority showed up, status cues like clothing, pace, demeanour - making my body contract, Processing with Deb, her incredible skills in pattern recognition and attachment therapy helped me realise and process the emotional contract I had from my mother’s early conditioning: ‘Diminish to belong.’

– Client L., Leadership Coach

I was working with Deb when she said ‘Controlled pain is often preferable to uncontrolled expansion for a nervous system trained under betrayal’ and the penny dropped - I’d been blocking myself from moving forward in my business by clinging onto a pain which had even reflected back down into my nervous system. Deb’s presence gave me the space and feedback or ‘mirror’ I needed, and through her integrative process I was able to grow to the next level.
