First we look at the patterns you learned in childhood - the emotional and relational maps that shaped how you learned to perform, please, achieve, or protect yourself. Together we examine how those patterns are still operating in your work, your relationships, and the way you move through daily life.
Once those patterns are understood, we begin integrating them. That means processing the emotional imprint of the core wounds so they stop unconsciously running your nervous system and your decisions.
From there we start building a new way of operating. We create daily practices that reconnect you to your body, your authority, and your feminine intelligence, so you can move through your career and your life from an integrated state rather than from burnout patterns.
The goal is not to “fix” you. It’s to bring you back into alignment with who you actually are as a woman, so you’re no longer operating from survival but from clarity, power, and self-trust.
The work is a three-month container. We meet weekly for the first six weeks.
After that we meet twice a month for the remainder of the three months, focusing on building new ways of operating so you can move through your life and career with more alignment and less burnout.
